As an American I enjoyed Neil's training style which was very friendly and open. I was especially impressed with his "trainer presence and control" as it is often hard to control a diverse group which Neil had no problem doing and in the process kept us engrossed throughout the course.

Well worth a day of anyone's time. By the time we had finished I nad learned names for many things I already used and gained an insight into the psychology behind them which will allow me to further improve those methods.
